What is Depression?
First of all the question arises that basically what is depression? Well
depression is that state of any mood which is low and it affects
people’s behaviour, thoughts, feelings and also physical well being. It
also involves the feelings of anxiety, sadness, emptiness,
worthlessness, hopelessness, irritability, guilt and also restlessness.
Most of the people who are suffering from the state of depression they
usually lose their interest in all those activities which once they were
fond of. They face difficulties in many decisions. If the situation goes
out the hand there are cases in which the depressed people commit
suicide. Change is always observed in their weight. Some might start
sleeping for too long and others may be just not getting the right
amount of sleep. In simple words their sleeping patterns change. In some
phases of life depression is common there but apart from a specific
situation a person’s remains depress all the time, then this needs to be
treated because this is dangerous.
